Hi, I’m Lisa.

I know the struggle of scaling a business, because I’ve been there. BUT . . . I came out the other side.

As an intellectual property lawyer and business strategist with over 25 years of experience, I’ve worked at big firms, launched my own practice, transitioned back to in-house counsel, then eventually started a legal consulting and coaching business. I’ve counseled and coached thousands of other entrepreneurs over the decades. And over the last twelve years, I’ve also built an author platform of my own while advising hundreds of authors and creatives. One thing I’ve experienced and seen firsthand is when business owners engage in tactics or strategies that do not align with their natural strengths and talents, they become stressed, overwhelmed, and less effective.

Common advice will tell you you’re procrastinating or overthinking or just need to do it the way Mr. or Ms. Guru does it. Well, guess what? That’s not the real answer.
